Zoyra is operated by Nurayi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17287462. This page explains exactly which cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) we use, what they do and how long they last.

Essential cookies and storage

Always on. These are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for, so they do not require consent.

Sign-in session (browser local storage, key starting with sb-): keeps you signed in to your Zoyra account on app.zoyra.co. Lasts for the duration of your session and is renewed while you stay signed in.
Language preference (zoyra.lang cookie and local storage): remembers whether you prefer English or Italian. Lasts 1 year.
Cookie consent record (zoyra.cookie-consent.v1 in local storage): stores the choices you made in the cookie banner and the date and time you made them, so we can respect them on every visit. Lasts until you clear your browser storage.
Guest calculator data (zoyra.egg-savings.guest.v1 in local storage): if you use our savings calculators without an account, your entries stay on your own device so you can pick up where you left off. Never sent to our servers unless you choose to save them to an account.
Display preferences (sidebar_state cookie, 7 days; zoyra_install_dismissed_at in local storage): remember layout choices such as an open or closed sidebar and whether you have dismissed the app install prompt.
Sign-in flow helpers (temporary session and local storage keys such as zoyra_access_type and zoyra_oauth_next): used only while you sign in, to return you to the page you asked for. Removed afterwards or when you close the tab.

Analytics cookies

Off by default. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner.

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NE70T95CC6) to understand how Zoyra is used, for example which pages are visited, so we can improve the service. IP addresses are anonymised. Google Analytics sets the following cookies only after your consent:

_ga: distinguishes visitors from one another. Lasts 2 years.
_ga_NE70T95CC6: keeps the measurement session state for our Google Analytics property. Lasts 2 years.

If you withdraw your consent, these cookies are deleted and no further data is sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics is never loaded on app.zoyra.co or on the signed-in pages of your account.

Marketing cookies

We do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies, pixels or tags. The cookie banner includes a marketing preference so that you can tell us your choice in advance: if we ever introduce marketing technologies, they will be activated only for visitors who have opted in, and this policy will be updated first.

Third-party services

Fonts: the typefaces used on this site (Inter and Outfit) are hosted on our own servers, so your browser never contacts a third party to display them.
Google Analytics 4: as described above, only after your consent.
Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in to the app with your Google account, Google handles that sign-in under its own terms and privacy policy.

Managing your choices

The cookie banner gives you three choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences, where you can decide each category separately. Your choice is stored on your device together with the date and time you made it.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, using the Manage Cookies link in the footer of every page or the button below. Withdrawing consent never affects the lawfulness of anything done before you withdrew.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies we use change or the law requires it. The current version is always published on this page.
